Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The new BIDS tags that were introduced by PR #121 (and maybe others) are not used by bids_convert when naming the nifti files.

Describe the solution you'd like
The tags that are set to a value should be used according to the BIDS convention (see here for the convention).
