Node JS v17, v18, v19 support

Node JS v16 is so outdated, we need canvas on the newer versions too. I'm currently using v18 because another package requires it, but I want to use canvas too and it's not possible this way.

@DarkBoy2005 it supports the latest Node.js versions, just not listed in the supported matrix
