I am not sure why exactly the server crash occured but i have attached the crash report.

Yea try updating polymer, since they have fixed something.
Otherwise disabling mixin.chunk.palette is an option https://github.com/CaffeineMC/lithium-fabric/blob/develop/lithium-mixin-config.md
