KTaNE version 1.9.10 has been released and currently causes an issue with mods that incorporated Localization.GetLocalizedString(), and as such these mods need to be rebuilt against the new version of KTaNE.
This issue was previously keeping track of Localizer updates, but since it wasn't maintained, each issue will now be posted individually. I'll also leave this issue available as there isn't currently someone actively maintaining RSM. Any other mods that are effected by this issue I'll deal with myself.
