Describe the bug
The DateInput component parses a value to a readable string. It constantly shows a say before than the date that was provided.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Authors and create a new author
Provide name, last name and birthdate
Save the author
Check the birthdate, it shows a day before than the one selected

Expected behavior
The DateInput should show the date value that was selected

Additional context
Probably UTC related. More info
