Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Information provided in a Pull Request is quite important to keep track of the work done. Among those we'd like to know that:

  • there's a description of the task done
  • code was tested
  • pr references an issue
  • pr has commented code
  • contains a bug fix, a feature, etc.

Describe the solution you'd like
A new template could be created, following this idea
