Remove dependency from the project of react-jss #356

React-jss was imported into the project as a dependency to allow dynamic components. We not using it anymore so please remove:

DynamicComponent
React-jss from package.json
file included in the index.js

Please follow the following instruction to create the new branch:

git checkout release/0.6
git pull
git checkout -b 'feature/remove-jss-deps'
