Describe the bug
When drawing polygon, cannot shift to the image area of interest when holding ctrl key and move cursor

problem

Expected behavior
The behavior should be the same as in v1

move

Desktop:

  • OS: [Windows]
  • Browser [chromium]
  • Version [v2 alpha]
