Mobile>Android>Advanced Search Appears and then disappears #188

On Android devices, the Advanced Search automatically appears when the page is launched. After the page is fully loaded, the advanced search disappears. We need to fix this issue so that the advanced search does not appear upon landing on chicago.opengrid.io.
