Current home page is essentially redundant. It needs a complete revamp.

List of tasks:

Scrap the List Videos page and place recently uploaded videos on the home page
Add tags feat: Tags support. #3
Search feat: Search support for videos. #4
Upload button redesign: Video upload interface. #5
Empty states design: Helpful empty states. #7
