Continuos release pipeline

Goal of leaning lab:

• This is followup/next step lab for "getting started". (Prerequisite: Getting Started)
• To help developer learn how shipped CICD works
  • Modify code
  • Trigger new build
  • Deploy new build.
• In environment setting
  • Change container count
  • Introduce to container size, CPU/RAM
  • Introduce to environment variables.
• Run page (Use latest Run page snapshot)
  • Introduce Service metrics and container metrics. (Note: this screen is still changing, so may need update screenshot couple of week later too.)
