Extreme log message spam due to getting warm

Describe the bug

While doing activities, when ambient temperatures are high, the message log becomes flooded with 'You feel your [body part] getting warm. Potentially giving you hundreds of messages per minute, which drowns out all other messages so quickly that you can't even find them in the log history by pressing [P] anymore.

Steps to reproduce

1. Play during the summer season.
2. Craft something during the day, and not underground.
3. See message log.

Expected behavior

A more reasonable amount of notifications about your body temperature, you already have things like a little temperature symbol above your characters sprite, as well as status displays in the sidebar for body and ambient heat.

Additional context

If you like to look at the log a lot, it's really bad. Everything that doesn't give you a prompt to stop crafting is lost to the warmth messages.

Completely agree that the message spam is an issue, I've seen it plenty. Related issue: #79029
