[Aftershock] + Vanilla: Atomic Smartphone has negative memory, and Integrated AR can't store books/read them #79358

Report waiting on confirmation of reproducibility
Describe the bug
Atomic smartphones have no memory and go into the negatives when scanning books into it. Can still read them, but I'm pretty sure scanning too many crashed the game at least once for me. Integrated AR straight up can't store books at all without throwing out an error.

(For Atomic Smartphone)
(For Integrated AR)
Expected behavior
They should both be able to store things like regular smartphones can.

Additional context
Probably related to the electronic storage overhaul thing. Apologies for putting two (probably related) bugs in the same report if that's taboo.
