NVG inserted flight_helmet are not working. #79948

Describe the bug

Despite #79888 allowing to insert NVG into military flight helmet, they do absolutely nothing when activated.

Steps to reproduce

Obtain Military flight helmet and enhanced night vision googles.
insert NVG into the helmet, wear and activate.
They do nothing.

Expected behavior

NVG working like they do when inserted into army helmet.

Flight helmet likely needs "MODULE_HOLDER" json flag
