We need to add our supporting files to this repository

  • Add CONTRIBUTING.md
  • Add CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md

This will help us keep consistent with our other repos and help new contributors join our project.

We could copy over the CONTRIBUTING.md and the CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md files from contratospr-api.
