서비스에서 목표 금액을 설정하는데 도움을 주는 경우는 두 가지가 있습니다.
이 때, 기존에 사용하던 사용자가 사용했던 목표 금액이 존재한다면 플레이스 홀더로 보여줄 필요가 있을까요?
