CougDrive-2 Proposal: Redesign of general structure

As found in MSFC testing, we encountered issues with power isolation. This proposal will involve creating a new structure for CougDrive-2 with performance and flight readiness in mind.

In general for proposals, include your proposed idea, the design logic with sources, if possible test results for a created prototype, the manufacturability, and cost of your redesign.

Proposals will go through peer reviews, then off to our mentors (Colin, etc) before being applied into the system. The goal is to have all proposals approved by the end of may so we can spend summer manufacturing.
