Langmuir Probe Development

With the vacuum chamber project coming along there is a need to develop methods of measuring our thrust and thrust characteristics. One of the things we can do to measure our plume characteristics is develop a Langmuir probe, a device that would measure the plasma's electron temperature, electron density, and ion density.
