[device service] Device Authentification fails #27

Device Authentification (websocket) failed with an authentifcation response of

{'messageType': 'command', 'command': 'createPeerconnection', 'connectionType': 'webrtc', 'connectionUrl': 'https://api.goldi-labs.de/peerconnections/990c6c66-4992-48aa-8d2a-1abd32fdceaf', 'services': [], 'tiebreaker': False}

instead of an authentifaction response.

According to protocol the authentification response MUST be the first message ever send over websockets

Restarting all servers apparently temporarly fixed it
