A/AAAA only resolve list

Is it possible to add a function with the ability to select the IPv4/IPv6 protocol for a specific domain by a list (like cloaking)? By default, the OS uses IPv6, but some resources request a captcha (for example, Google or Yandex).

For example:

=google.com        ip4
=yandex.com        ip4
=youtube.com       ip6
...

This function is in Firefox, but I would like it to apply to all devices.
