Candle 1.1.7 can not start second time when on the second screen

Describe the bug
I am not able to start the Candle for the second time from the hard drive. System tried to start the application but probably fails. I deleted .ini file without success. If I copy the INI file from the archive it works. It seems to me somehow connected with moving the Candle to the second screen. If I do not do that it seems to work properly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior on my PC:

1. Unzip the Candle
2. Run it from the unzipped folder - move it to the second screen
3. Close it
4. Run it again - and it no more starts.

Expected behavior
A start every time I run the application on any screen
