Peer.js -> createConsumer

  if (consumer.type === 'simulcast') {
    await consumer.setPreferredLayers({
      spatialLayer: 2,
      temporalLayer: 2
    })
  }

why call 'setPreferredLayers' ? This is not done in the official demo
