How to change %money and speed of zombies

I have a couple questions I hope could be answered.

1-how to change the movement speed of the zombies to have like 50% of them run and 50% walk?
2-how to change the amount for money is dropped when looting a zombie?
3-how to change the item drop percentage to increase say weapon of money drops and less 'you found nothing'?

If any of these are possible please let me know.
