The API supports it, https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/twitter-api/tweets/timelines/api-reference/get-users-id-tweets but we're missing it in command line only, max_results is set in the library by default https://github.com/DocNow/twarc/blob/main/twarc/client2.py#L867
