Currently, the TestCase for Glue:R0036_0 needs to trigger an EpisodicContextReport for working. When the Device does not support this report, it is unable to test anything.

Using the EpisodicMetricReport instead offers the benefit, that unlike the EpisodicContextReport, the EpisodicMetricReport does not need to be triggered, which would simplify the test. There are also only few devices not supporting the EpisodicMetricReport.
