see TODO in source code that contains the URL of this issue.

The Archive Service is severely underspecified in BICEPS and thus not supported by SDCcc (see #4 ) . Hence it's data cannot be included in the Test case for MDPWS:R0006. This issue is hence BLOCKED until the BICEPS standard is revised.
