Errors defined by protocol send an error response to the client. Other errors are shown in the UI.

Add to error ui page that it isn't shown if we return to the client
Add list of the errors that cause that
Consider links to specs about those errors
Describe on custom pages ui page that the authorize interaction response generator can raise errors that either return to the client or go to the error ui
Link from new section in custom pages to new section in error page
