Directly Authenticate with D4S2 #349

Currently ddsclient authenticates with D4S2 using the DDS credential, but this will not work once the DDS API server is shut down.
Instead authenticate using a D4S2 token.

Delivery changes for azure
1458f86 
Remove fund code and use delivery_token for authentication
so it will continue to work after DDS API sunset.
