Use https://www.commonwl.org/v1.0/CommandLineTool.html#ResourceRequirement to set properly the Requests and limits spec of the pod container.
coresMin Minimum reserved number of CPU cores -> spec.containers[].resources.reuqests.cpu
coresMax Maximum reserved number of CPU cores -> spec.containers[].resources.limits.cpu
ramMin Minimum reserved RAM in mebibytes (2**20) -> spec.containers[].resources.reuqests.memory
ramMax Maximum reserved RAM in mebibytes (2**20) -> spec.containers[].resources.limits.memory
