Create Terminator and Chapman chemistry configurations

Issue Description

Update to use the full implementation of MICM and TUV-x in https://github.com/ESCOMP/atmospheric_physics, once it is available. Create configurations for CAM-SIMA that demonstrate photolysis rate constant calculation and gas-phase chemistry solving with Terminator and Chapman chemistry.
