We should set the following for tx0.25v1:

NUM_DIAG_COORDS = 2
DIAG_COORDS = "z Z ZSTAR", "rho2 RHO2 RHO"
DIAG_COORD_DEF_RHO2 = "FILE:ocean_rho2_190917.nc,interfaces=rho2"

@gustavo-marques Is this issue still relevant? If so, I can submit a PR with those parameter changes soon.

We can postpone this until we add the CESM version of the 1.4 deg global configuration.
