Get AT&T and AT&T VoLTE working on these phones #9

I did it at least stock, Xperia XA2, FreedomPop free plan, Using this guide but ir51_ir92 mbn instead of T-Mobile. https://xdaforums.com/t/how-to-get-t-mobile-volte-working-on-the-xa2.4647892/ |

To post an update here since I never did, I got it working on XZ1C with similar method. However as soon as I flashed custom ROM, signal goes poof. Not entirely sure why that breaks it. Need to get around to testing on XZ2C and flashing custom ROM on XA2. |
XZ2C works with ir51_ir92 stock, works after flashing RR Q. I'm guessing XZ1C problem might be related to modem bug but not entirely sure. Don't think I will need to test XA2, and with my current config I don't want to break anything. |
Supposedly MVNOs such as Cricket, Consumer Cellular, etc don't have the whitelist. Supposedly with a demand letter via lawyer, you can get a device whitelisted directly on AT&T.
These devices don't have AT&T IMS mbns, but supposedly those aren't needed as someone has gotten AT&T VoLTE working with SailfishOS on the Xperia 10 III, which also has no AT&T mbn. https://forum.sailfishos.org/t/volte-provider-support/11501
Not entirely sure how VoLTE works on SailfishOS, but I assume if it works on an unofficial device there, it can work here.
My guess would be get MVNO with no whitelist, fake the whitelist, or get a demand letter to whitelist the phone. Then apply ir51_ir92 mbn and see what happens.
