Hi, I am wondering about the meaning of the column '# contigs' in the produced file Chdb.tsv. I dont understand the definition in the wiki.
I am entering in CheckM a fasta file containing 188 contigs. But then, after running checkM, in the Chdb.tsv file, the colum '# contigs' is equal to 2676. Shouldnt be the same number as the original one? Or is checkM calculating again the number of contigs of the original fasta?
Thanks in advance.
