Skewed tooltip translucency on 200% scaling factor

I've recently discovered that for HIDPI plasma panels and other plasmoids do not respect Scaling settings by default.
When I enabled PLASMA_USE_QT_SCALING=1 everything statred looking bigger as it should be, unfortunately I've discovered that there's some issue with tooltips' translucency, for some reason layer gets skewed to the bottom right. It works well with scaling factors <2, and breaks immediately afterwards. I tested on Sweet Mars kde theme as well, but the issue did not reproduce (the svg for tooltip in Sweet Mars is also a bit different to one used in Sweet)
