Please help solve the problem. Damage / healing, which calculates addon DrDamage ElvUI not displayed on the action bar. When enabled the standard interface, the damage / healing displayed.

Elvui uses a backported library for the actionbars (LibActionButton). DrDamage is not compatible with this so it won't work.
