Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Project has a few different conventions from the owners skill slowly increasing over time.

Describe the solution you'd like
Refactor project to update older styles and declutter existing code.
Implement optionals and results for most file processing.
Update CLI messages across the board.
