Move to the new epiaware org #24

Shall we move this repo to the new EpiAware organisation? The idea is to be a sister project to epinowcast that just contains julia tools

Before we can close this we need to:

  • Update all links from epinowcast/ to epiaware/
  • Update our hosting (@seabbs needs to do this) to point EpiAware.org at our organisation
  • Update our github page settings
