This website is a hub where people can share their opinion on the terms of service of websites. We discuss a changing list of topics. The points indicate how important each item is. You can vote them up or down if you feel some topic is over- or under-represented. You can also propose new topics on the <a href="newTopics.html">new topics</a> discussion page. <h2>The table</h2>
For each of the topics mentioned above, and for each major website, there is a wiki page on which you can discuss your interpretation with others. Whenever there is a concensus, this is displayed in the <a href="points.html">table</a>. It's also available in cross-origin <a href="table.json">JSON</a>, for use in web apps and plugins.
<h2>Classification</h2>
Whenever there is concensus on all points about a website, a classification between "ToS;DR|A" (good) and "ToS;DR|G" (bad) is issued. This is based on the points mentioned above, such that the best known website (currently: ... with ... points) is the start of class A, and the worst known website (currently ... with ... points) is the end of class G.
