Add the ability to have tab complete use player's displaynames / nicknames.

Currently, essentials commands (such as /tp) support supplying a player's nickname or display name as arguments, but don't tab complete.

This causes some confusion on servers where a player may only be known by their nickname. I propose a configurable feature be added that allows tab complete to use display name instead of player name.
