Making the baltop message changable

I know that certain parts are changable but i want to be able to change this entire message

specifically i want to be able to change this part here

so that the coin doesnt show up red, it should show up as white so im wanting a way to change this as doing both &f and infront of the currrency symbol within the config just makes it default to the $ sign.
