Installation fails for RAD Studio 10.2 Update 3 Tokyo

during installation of SVGIconImageList 4.4.1 an error is raised. Please see attached log.

Where can I find this log? I searched the installation folder but doesn't find anything.

What I can see, the specified file C:\Users\Public\Documents\Embarcadero\Studio\19.0\Bpl\dclSVGIconImageList250.bpl", does not exist on file system:
(translation: Error on installing of package")
