mode to create list with "page title" comment

thanks for this great extension - i really enjoy using it
mostly I quickly copy all open tabs to a text file

one issue i come across is that some urls are just non descriptive but the page title would help
so a mode in the settings for the list generation would be great - something like

#pagetitle1 comment
url1
#pagetitle2 comment
url2

(or even more open a multitemplate mode - with vars
e.g. also counters / date / pagecontentparser arguments of the url might be interesting)
