Capturing System Audio through Blackhole giving crack and pop sound

Describe the bug

I routed the system audio to Blackhole 2ch and use FFMPEG to capture sound from blackhole. I write those capture sound to file. When I listen there was crack and pop sound. Even though recorded content is understandable but there is crack sound.

Reproduction Steps

1. Route audio to Blackhole 2ch
2. Capture routed audio
3. Play the audio or write to file to listen later.

Expected Behavior

There should be crack sound in routed audio
