can I build the uxplay 1.71 on one windows system and run it on the other window devices?

if possible, what folder should i copy to the new system where i want to run this uxplay, coz uxplay is installed in mingw64 folder in c:// for windows if I am not wrong.
and what are the other requirements needed in the other device to run this uxplay version?
if I remember correctly, I have done this copying and running on different version in uxplay 1.68 couple of months back , it was working back then? what is the change which is affecting now /
