<p>We pride ourselves in having a very student-driven team. The few adults in the room aren’t telling us what to do, instead we decide for ourselves through their guidance and mentorship. Our current mentors have taught us useful skills, whether technical or nontechnical. They have taught us how to use different equipment, what different parts may be useful for a specific task, and how to work well as a team.</p>
