What Operating System

Windows 10

Debug Code

FTB-DBGYILEQEMIRI

Describe the bug

I had played stoneblock 3 before and it was cool and all, I don't remember if I deleted it or whatever I did with it but it is currently not installed on my computer and I'm trying to reinstall it but the app gives me "Download failed due to an unknown error".

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open ftb and download stoneblock 3
  2. Fail

Expected behaviour

I expected it to download

Additional information

I have tried redownloading java or changing versions but there is a small problem there too, I can't download java 64 bit from the official website, I can only download from oracle. 32 bit is fine though. Another thing I have tried is completely removing FTB from my pc and I think I have accomplished it but still Stoneblock 3 is the single modpack that gives me error. My another guess as the cause of the problem is that my computer user name has a special character, I have tried to fix that too but my appdata folder is still in the user folder with special character. (please do tell me if I need to upload further logs)

Could you go to C:\Users\Ali Tarık\AppData\Local\.ftba\bin then delete the runtime folder. Then try to start the app and install Stoneblock 3, and let me know how it goes.

Well, it didn't work and this is the new debug code : FTB-DBGUYOSISIYOM
I've tried so many things and this was one of them

I'm also experiencing this issue. Deleting my runtime folder did nothing. I'm on Windows 11. I installed this app for the first time and tried to install Project Ozone 2 and got a message saying it failed to an "Unknown error". Have tried multiple times and have not gotten it to work.
