The Java Binary Process Opens In BackAround But Slowly Uses Less And Less CPU
I've Tried Versions 0.15.7 And 0.16.3 Nothing Works Tried With And Without Mods Fresh Installs Of Fabric And Java And No Logs Get Outputted.

open the jar in a console. watch the console output

command should be something like java -jar your_fabric_launcher_jar_here.jar

This is likely not a fabric loader issue but a player issue. i suggest attempting to get help on the discord rather than reporting it as a fabric loader issue until you can determine it is caused by fabric loader and not a computer specific setup
