Task: Add a dropdown for armor percentages from the top status bar #5

Task Information

The general armor percentage is shown on the top bar as it was in V3, though the dropdown for the percentages on a piece by piece basis is not shown when hoving over the location on the top bar. This would be a helpful feature to carry over from V3.
