Hans Petter Selasky reported that FluidSynth does not calculate the BPM correctly with some MIDI files.

It appears that the attached MIDI file does not have a MIDI_SET_TEMPO event (0xFF 0x51). If this event is not present, it is supposed to default to 120 BPM, but FluidSynth fails to set the tempo correctly in this case. I'm not yet sure the proper way to fix this, since I'm not very familiar with the MIDI player part of FluidSynth.
