[Feature Request] Option to DM research to user

Would it be possible to have an option to have research quests be DM'ed directly to the user?

My city's discord has been having issues with this because research reporting is very active. Because of that, when the !list research command is used, the amount of research can take up a lot of real estate, disrupting raid coordination and other topics being discussed at the moment. In addition, the command is commonly used multiple times in a row (because people don't scroll up, which is another problem, I know). Having the quests be DM'ed directly to the user would create a cleaner, easier-to-read channel for everybody.
